Our lambs are pasture-raised and grass-fed on our farm, offering you fresh, local, and sustainably sourced lamb. Processing is done at Hank Dekonings, a well-respected butcher shop in Port Dover known for its top-quality meat handling.
Step 1: Pre-Order with a $200 Deposit (non-refundable)Secure your lamb by placing a $200 deposit. This guarantees your lamb for processing.
Step 2: Choose Your Pickup LocationPlease confirm via email if you'd like to pick up your lamb directly from Hank Dekonings butcher shop in Port Dover or from our farm.
Step 3: Weight ConfirmationFinal lamb weights will be confirmed next Wednesday (expected to be 40–50 lbs). The remaining balance will be calculated based on the confirmed weight.
Step 4: Final PaymentThe balance of your order will be due by Thursday night, once the final weight is determined - $10 per pound plus an $80 processing fee.
Step 5: Pick Up on FridayYour lamb will be ready for pick-up on Friday October 18th. If you cannot pick it up that day, arrangements can be made to freeze your order for a later pick-up from Hank Dekonings. Please let us know if this is your preference.
Standard Packaging: All cuts will be wrapped in heavy-duty butcher paper.
Vacuum-Sealed Packaging: If you prefer vacuum-sealed packaging, there is an additional charge of up to $25, which will be confirmed upon request.
