Meet our Farm Family

Alpacas – Everyone loves our charismatic and photogenic alpacas. These animals are unique, very sturdy, and are just the cutest creatures. Look at their hairstyles! These guys have been part of our dream every time we talked about owning our hobby farm, making Riverside Oasis one of the best farms to visit in Ontario.

Bees – Although we don’t recommend hugging the hives, we have so much respect for these little guys. They pollinate our vegetable farms in Ontario, cut flowers, and provide delicious honey for us to enjoy.

Goats – Our goats are never boring. Bursting with personality, stubbornness, and an unwavering appetite. We probably talk about them more than any other animal on the farm. For those interested in farm tours in Ontario, they’re always a hit!

Chickens – We raise meat and collect eggs to sell at our farm. Chickens are low maintenance, productive, and helpful animals. Their daily eggs make our breakfast much more special, and they help clean up the barn stalls after the alpacas and goats, making them a must-see for anyone enjoying food and farm tours.

Sheep – In addition to GMO-free pasture-raised chickens, we raise high-quality, pasture-raised lamb from a small flock of sheep. This is our first step toward becoming self-sustaining from mixed meat sources, and a key part of our farm stay Ontario experience.
