Guests are required to observe and comply with the following terms to maintain the quality of our facilities and experience and to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and safe stay. If a guest does not comply with these terms Riverside Oasis Farm may choose not to permit further use of the premises.

CHECK OUT: 11am
CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations that are cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less booking fees, presently less than 4% of the total booking fee per night. Reservations that are cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to the arrival can be rescheduled free of charge but not refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged the full stay. Where a cancellation is requested within 7 days we will endeavor to fill the reservation with another guest. If we are successful in filling the reservation we will offer a credit for a rescheduled date by notifying the guest cancelling the reservation by email.
SMOKING POLICY: This is non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in the yurt and any debris should be completely removed from the site. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
NOISE POLICY: Guests are asked to respect the other guests and our neighbors by
keeping music and voices quiet after 10:00PM. No events, parties or weddings are permitted on the premises without written permission.
PET POLICY / SERVICE ANIMALS: Pets and other animals are not allowed on furniture inside the yurt at any time. If you wish to bring a pet, you must pay the relevant fees when making the reservation. Owners of service animals should contact us prior to arrival for details on how we can accommodate your needs. Guests arriving with pets who have not paid the relevant fees will be charged prior to checking into the yurt or forfeit the reservation fee. Any excessive debris caused by pets will be liable for additional charges.
STORM POLICY/CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for weather such as strong wind, heavy rain, flooding, flash flooding, thunder/lightning, hurricanes, hale, sleet, snow, ice, or other forms of severe weather such as extreme heat, drought or extreme cold.
DISCLAIMER: Riverside Oasis Farm and its owners are not responsible for any illnesses, accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities, nor is Riverside Oasis Farm or its owners responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. The property is located in an active farming environment and all precautions should be taken accordingly
CHECK-OUT CONDITION: Upon check-out you will be charged an additional damage fee based on the cost of repair / remediation if any of the following has occurred: • Damage is done to the yurt or the property beyond normal wear and tear. • Linens are permanently stained, lost, or damaged. • Excessive debris removal or cleaning required. • Damage to any of the provided items within or surrounding the yurt.
MERCHANDISE: Guests may not take any of the items provided with their rented premises without the prior permission of the owner. Certain branded items may be purchased, please see welcome emails or ask for available items.
INDEMNIFICATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. GUEST(S) AGREE TO INDEMNIFY RIVERSIDE OASIS FARM AND ITS OWNERS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSON INCLUDING ANY INVITEES OF GUEST(S).
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event that we are unable to provide accommodations or other services or products due to an “Act of God,” riots, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, declared states of emergency, or any act or order which is beyond our control, Riverside Oasis Farm shall not be obligated to refund payments received in connection with such services or products. In such cases, such non-refunded payments will be applied toward future bookings at Riverside Oasis Farm; provided any such re-booking is made within one year of the original booking.
AGREEMENT: I agree that my liability for this bill and all charges associated with the reservation are not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or group fails to pay the full amount of charges.
